Agency Ad Account Refund Policy
At The 10X Agency, we are committed to providing exceptional ad account management services. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have implemented a clear refund policy that is binding on all clients. Please review the following terms:
1. Non-Refundable Upfront Payments: All upfront payments made for agency ad account access are strictly nonrefundable. Once paid, the amount is final and cannot be reclaimed under any circumstances.
2. Compensation for Services: The upfront payment is treated as compensation for our services, including account setup, resource allocation, and management efforts, regardless of account activity.
3. Inactivity Clause: If no ad spend or activity is recorded on our agency ad account for a continuous period of 15 days from the last transaction date, the account will be classified as inactive.
4. Reactivation Requirement: After 15–20 days of inactivity, clients wishing to use the same account must deposit a new upfront payment to reactivate the account. The previous upfront payment will not be reinstated or carried forward.
5. Strict No-Refund Policy: Refund requests for upfront payments will not be entertained under any circumstances. These payments are final and non-negotiable.
6. Legal Action for Blackmail: Any attempts to coerce, blackmail, or pressure The 10X Agency into providing a refund will result in legal action against the individual or entity involved.
7. Binding Agreement: By making any payment, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy as part of the terms of service.
8. Account Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring consistent ad spend and activity within the account to maintain access and prevent deactivation.
9. No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds or adjustments on any upfront payments, even for unused services or periods of inactivity.
10. Compensation Fee on Refund Requests: In cases where a refund is demanded, we reserve the right to deduct a compensation fee equal to the full upfront payment amount for the resources and time invested in the account.
11. Professional Integrity: This policy ensures fairness and protects our resources, enabling us to continue delivering high-quality services to active clients.
12. Non-Negotiable Terms: The refund policy is applied uniformly to all clients, ensuring no exceptions or special cases.
13. Support Availability: Clients are encouraged to contact our support team for any account-related concerns within the active account period.
14. Resource Allocation: This policy allows us to allocate our resources effectively and focus on active clients committed to their campaigns.
15. Finality of Payments: By engaging with The 10X Agency, clients acknowledge that all payments made are final and cannot be disputed, refunded, or negotiated after being processed.
